About the Author
RICHARD CRAVENS has written about software and the Internet since 1994. He has worked at several interesting software development companies, raised beef cattle, worked as a professional photographer, sold cable television programming, delivered donuts, pies, bread, rolls and wedding cakes, operated the process camera and scanners in the prepress department of a daily newspaper, managed production traffic at an advertising agency, provided a plethora of technical support, edited lots of other people's books, and performed many, many other tasks too numerous to mention (and not necessarily in that order) on the road to producing learning management systems at Educara.
