Ferdinand Jacob Heinrich Mueller, ab 1867 von Mueller, ab 1871 Freiherr von Mueller war ein deutsch-australischer Botaniker und Geograph. Sein offizielles botanisches Autorenkürzel lautet „F.Muell.“
