Alexander Arkadyevich Kobrinsky is a Russian literary critic, opposition politician and lawyer. Doctor of Philology, professor. Ex-deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg of the 5th convocation (2011–2016), assistant to the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg Boris Vishnevsky.
