Fedor Stepanovich Chispiyakov(Russian cyrillic: Фёдор Степанович Чиспияков, Mezhdurechensk, Kemerovo Oblast, 1906-1978) was a Soviet writer. He is described as the father of the Shor language literature in the books История Кузбасса and Сказки Сибири и Севера.
