Fedor Ivanovich Samokhin was a Soviet prose writer, journalist, translator, member of the Union of writers of the USSR. One of the representatives of "village" and "lieutenant" prose. The oldest Russian writer of Kyrgyzstan, whose works reflect the life of the people of the republic, its history and modernity.
