Konstatin Gennadievich Kapkov is a Russian historian, writer, theologian, and creator of the database of the military and naval clergy of the Russian Empire of the 19th and early 20th centuries.
He has published several historical works, mainly on the reign of Nicholas II and the history of the Russian Orthodox church.
