Styopa (Stepan) Seryozhayi Safaryan is an Armenian politician and former member of the National Assembly of Armenia. From 2009 to 2012 he was the head of the parliamentary faction of Heritage Party and served as the party's general secretary from 2012 until his departure from the party in 2014. Since 2019 he has served as the chairman of the Public Council of Armenia.
