Krishna Sen (Ichhuk) (19 October 1956 – 27 May 2002) was a writer and journalist of Nepal.

Krishna Sobti was an Indian Hindi-language fiction writer and essayist. She won the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1980 for her novel Zindaginama and in 1996, was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Fellowship, the highest award of the Akademi. In 2017, she received the Jnanpith Award for her contribution to Indian literature.

Krishna Udayasankar is a Singapore-based Indian author, known for her modern retelling of Mahabharata through the novel cycle, The Aryavarta Chronicles. She is also the author of Immortal, 3 - a novel on the founding of Singapore - and Objects of Affection – a book of prose-poems.

Kṛṣṇadāsa Kavirāja Gosvāmī was the author of the Caitanyacaritāmṛta, a biography on the life of the mystic and saint Caitanya Mahāprabhu (1486–1533), who is considered by the Gaudiya Vaishnava school of Hinduism to be an incarnation of Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa combined.

Krishnamurti is a South Indian name. It has several spelling variants.

Krišjānis Barons was a Latvian writer who is known as the "father of the dainas" thanks largely to his systematization of the Latvian folk songs and his labour in preparing their texts for publication in Latvju dainas. His portrait appeared on the 100-lat banknote prior to the Lat being replaced by the Euro in 2014, his being the only human face of an actual person on modern Latvian currency. Barons was very prominent among the Young Latvians, and also an important writer and editor.
