Parinoush Saniee is an Iranian novelist. Her novel The Book of Fate has been translated into 26 languages and the English translation by Sara Khalili was listed by World Literature Today as one of the "75 notable translations of 2013". The Italian edition earned Saniee the 2010 Boccaccio Prize.
Parke Godwin was an American writer. He won the World Fantasy Award for Best Novella in 1982 for his story "The Fire When It Comes". He was a native of New York City, where he was born in 1929. He was the grandson of Harry Post Godwin.
Harrison Parker Tyler, was an American author, poet, and film critic. Tyler had a relationship with underground filmmaker Charles Boultenhouse (1926–1994) from 1945 until his death. Their papers are held by the New York Public Library.
Paro Anand is an Indian author of books for children, young adults and adults including novels, short stories and plays. She won the Sahitya Akademi Bal Sahitya Puruskar in 2017 for her anthology Wild Child and Other Stories . She has spoken about and written extensively on children's literature in India. She headed the National Centre for Children's Literature at the National Book Trust India, the apex body for children's literature in India. She also runs a podcast on Hubhopper called Literature in Action, and was an invitee to the India Conference at the Harvard Business School in 2018.
