goods, wearing apparel or part of his equipage, for his own

But the вате warrant strictly the Commisgioners of

the Customs not to allow Foreign Mini8ters to imprt апу pro-

or customable goods without duty, except what is tlle-

rein allowed. Ву this rule the Commissioners of Customs соп-

duct themselves. The Treuury Board gives по new orders,

bot simply notifes the arrival of such minister desiring that

he тау with the usual respect. The expression

„frst arrival“ has lmn construed liberally six month8 after

the autual arrival being allowed for the importation of house-
