Ferdynand Antoni Ossendowski was a Polish writer, explorer, university professor, and anticommunist political activist. He is known for his books about Lenin and the Russian Civil War in which he participated.

Fernán Caballero was the pseudonym of Spanish novelist Cecilia Francisca Josefa Böhl de Faber y Ruiz de Larrea. She was daughter of German writer Johann Nikolaus Böhl von Faber and Spanish writer Frasquita Larrea. Her pen name was adopted from that of a village in the province of Ciudad Real.

Su pensamiento se inscribe dentro del regeneracionismo católico de la época, influido por las ideas de su padre, el hispanófilo alemán Juan Nicolás Böhl de Faber, introductor en España del romanticismo historicista alemán de Herder y los hermanos August y Friedrich Schlegel.

Fernando de Rojas fue un escritor español, aunque en algunas ocasiones se le ha calificado de dramaturgo por la naturaleza dialogada de la única obra que se le ha atribuido, La Celestina; sin embargo, carece de algunos elementos esenciales del género dramático, lo que ha ocasionado numerosas discusiones sobre a qué género literario pertenece. Si bien Fernando de Rojas ha pasado a la historia de la literatura como autor de La Celestina, para sus coetáneos fue fundamentalmente un jurista muy valorado en Talavera de la Reina.
