Jay Lawrence Westbrook is an American politician of the Democratic Party in Cleveland, Ohio. For 34 years, he was a member of Cleveland City Council representing wards on the west side of Cleveland. He was first elected to council in 1980 and served as its president from 1990 to 1999. He retired from Council on December 31, 2013. He currently works for the Thriving Communities program of the Western Reserve Land Conservancy.
José Ángel López Martínez, known by his stage name Jay Wheeler, is a Puerto Rican singer and songwriter. Wheeler first became widely known after a video of him singing went viral in 2016, after which he began pursuing a career as a musician. Jay Murray Winter is an American historian. He is the Charles J. Stille Professor of History at Yale University, where he focuses his research on World War I and its impact on the 20th century. His other interests include remembrance of war in the 20th century, such as memorial and mourning sites, European population decline, the causes and institutions of war, British popular culture in the era of the First World War and the Armenian genocide of 1915. He is completing a biography of René Cassin.
