Sarah Mayberry is an Australian contemporary romance author and television screenwriter. She has written several novels for Harlequin Mills and Boon, as well as scripts for the television soap opera Neighbours. She was a storyliner for the New Zealand medical drama Shortland Street and co-created the teen drama series Karaoke High with Kirsty McKenzie. Mayberry and her works have been nominated for several awards, and she won the Favourite Erotic Romance accolade at the Australian Romance Readers Awards in 2015.
Sarah Morgan Bryan Piatt was an American poet. Her career began in the mid-1850s and lasted into the early twentieth century. She published hundreds of poems in nationally circulated newspapers, magazines, and anthologies as well as in eighteen volumes of poems, two of which she co-authored with her husband, the poet John James Piatt .

Sarah Pike Conger was an American writer. She was married to American diplomat Edwin H. Conger and accompanied him on his postings as envoy and minister to Brazil and China (1898–1905). Pike Conger developed an interest in Chinese culture and maintained a collection of ethnographic artifacts. The couple survived the 1900 Siege of the International Legations, during the Boxer Rebellion, and afterwards remained in the legation quarter. Pike Conger met frequently with Empress Dowager Cixi, whom she considered a friend, and was criticized for this in the press as Cixi had supported the Boxers. After returning to the United States and the death of her husband, Pike Conger wrote a recollection of her time in China and a children's book about Chinese culture.
