Viktor Robertovich Tsoi was a Soviet singer and songwriter who co-founded Kino, one of the most popular and musically influential bands in the history of Russian music.
Friedrich Viktor Strauß, from 1852 von Strauß, and from 1872 von Strauß und Torney was a princely minister, church poet, and Ehrenbürger of Dresden. He had a D. theol. degree from Leipzig University, and was known as a scholar of religious history and translator from Chinese. In 1870 he published the first German translation of the Tao Te Ching, and in 1880 the first complete German translation of the Classic of Poetry.
Viktor Nikolaevich Zemskov was a Soviet and Russian historian, doctor (habil.) of historical sciences (2005), research associate of the Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He was a specialist on the Gulag. Zemskov revealed in detail the secret-police statistics about the Gulag, resolving many disputes among Western historians about the number of people affected by political repression in the Soviet Union.

Zhivov was a professor at the Russian Language Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow and at the Department of Slavic and Languages and Literatures at the University of California, Berkeley.

Professor Zverev is elected Chairman of Optical Council of Academy of Science and Art, named after Peter the Great; Professor also has a position of the Leading Scientific Advisor of Academy of Science and Art, named after Peter the Great and is a member of International Eurasian Scientific Academy.

Viktorin Kornel ze Všehrd or simply Všehrd (1460-1520), was a Czech humanist and lawyer, working towards the end of the 15th century as Vice-scribe at the Land Court in the Prague Castle. He is famous for the most penetrating analysis of the Czech common law that he has put forward on some 460 pages under the title "On the Laws of the Czech Land Nine Books". He has also translated some Latin texts.
