void and shall and adjndged to be utterly null and

void to all Intents Constructions aod Purposes whatsoever.

And it enacted by the Authority aforesaid that all

Entries and Records against the said Ambagsa-

dor от his Bail shall be vacated and cancelled. And to рте-

vent the like insolences for the future be it furtber declared

by tbe Authority aforesaid that all Writ8 and Processes that

shall at впу Time hereaRer be sued forth or prosecuted whe-

reby the Person of апу Ambassador or other Publick Minister

of апу Foreign Prince or Sate authorized and ав

such by Her M8juty Her Heirs or Successors or the Dome

stick or Domesfck Servant of впу such Ambassador or other

publick Minister тау be arrested от imprisoned or his or their

Goods or Chattels тау be diBtrained, seized, or attached Bhall

be deemed and adjudged to utterly пии and void to all

Intents Constructions and Purposes whatsoever. And be it

further enacted by the Authority aforesaid that in саде апу

Person or Persons shall presume to впе forth or prosecute

апу such Writ or Process such Person and Persons and all

Attorneys and Sollicitors prosecuting and solliciting in such

thereof convicted by the confession of the Party or by tbe

the Lord Chanoellor or Lord keeper of the Great Seal of

Great Britain the Chief Justice of the Court of Queens ВепсЬ,
