The Museovite Ambassador Bince hi8 being here treated

like other Foreign Mini8ter and his Removal from Constan-

tinople to Pera hath made his utmost eforb to gain the pre-

cedence of the Ambassadors of Crowned heads in giving the

frst visit to new Prime Vizir, but th8t point hath been de-

cided against him by the present Vizir, for which reuon

the Ambassador hath not yet вееп him.

The Czar had pretended precedenoe of other kings and

taken himself the title of Emperonr. They knew he

promised himself to be опе day Master of C01Antinople and

that he had said he hoped to be buried in the Church of

Sancta Sophia.
