Alexander Evseevich Khinshtein is a Soviet and Russian journalist and politician. He is a deputy from the Samara constituency of the State Duma of the Russian Federal Assembly. He was a member of the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th State Dumas. He is currently a member of the 8th State Duma. Deputy Secretary of the General Council of United Russia since 23 November 2019, Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications since 22 January 2020. He is one of the architects of anti-LGBT legislation that bans "promoting LGBT propaganda", saying, "LGBT today is an element of hybrid warfare and in this hybrid warfare we must protect our values, our society and our children,"
Alexander Grigorievich Khmelik was a Soviet-Russian screenwriter, playwright and director known for his creation of the children's sketch series Yeralash. He was formerly a head of All-Union Radio (1948–1950), a literary employee in the newspaper Pionerskaya Pravda (1951–1953), literary editor of the journal Vozhaty (1953–1958), head of the department of literature and art at the newspaper Pionerskaya Pravda (1958–1963), the editor in chief of the creative association of Youth Films at Mosfilm (1963–1969). He was also a deputy of the Gorky Film Studio from 1974 to 1987.

Alexander Vasilyevich Korzhakov is a Russian former KGB general who served as Boris Yeltsin's bodyguard, confidant, and adviser for eleven years. He was the head of the Presidential Security Service (PSB) from 1991 to 1996, State Duma deputy from 2007 to 2011, and retired Lieutenant-general. Korzhakov had been Yeltsin's bodyguard since 1985, and on 19 August 1991, he stood next to his boss on top of a tank during Yeltsin's historic speech.
