Sona Ter-Hovhannisyan, best known by the pen name Sona Van, is an Armenian American poet. She is recognized for her work addressing the Armenian genocide.

(1975), with Jacqueline Lichtenberg, and television producer Joan Winston. She was an early promoter of Star Trek fan culture, and a publisher of fan fiction.
Sone no Yoshitada (曾禰好忠) was a Japanese waka poet of the mid-Heian period. His exact dates of birth and death are unknown but he flourished in the second half of the tenth century. He was one of the Thirty-six Immortals of Poetry and one of his poems was included in the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu.
Song Lian, courtesy name Jinglian (景濂), was a Chinese historian and politician of the Ming dynasty. He was a literary and political advisor to the Hongwu Emperor. Before that, he was one of the principal figures in the Yuan dynasty's Jinhua school of Neo-Confucianism. As a head of the official Bureau of History of the Ming dynasty, Song Lian directed the compilation of the official dynastic history of the preceding Yuan dynasty.
Song Yu was a Chinese poet from the late Warring States period, and is known as the traditional author of a number of poems in the Verses of Chu . Among the Verses of Chu poems usually attributed to Song Yu are those in the Jiu Bian section. Also credited to Song Yu, somewhat improbably, are several fu collected in the 6th century literary anthology Wen Xuan.
Sonia Ingeborg Borg was an Austrian-Australian writer and producer, one of the leading screenwriters of Australian films and TV in the 1960 and 70s. After extensive experience in theatre in Germany, India and South-East Asia she moved to Australia in 1961 and worked as a stage and television actress before becoming joining Crawford Productions in Melbourne. She wrote, produced and acted at Crawfords until the mid-1970s and worked on most of the company's dramas of the period in a range of roles.

She is noted for her thirteen-year marriage to American weird fiction writer H. P. Lovecraft. She was a president of the United Amateur Press Association.
