Vladimir Petrovich Burich (Russian: Влади́мир Петро́вич Бури́ч, IPA: [vlɐˈdʲimʲɪr pʲɪˈtrovʲɪdʑ bʊˈrʲitɕ] ⓘ; August 6, 1932 – August 26, 1994) was a Russian poet.

Vladimir Lvovich Burtsev was a revolutionary activist, scholar, publisher and editor of several Russian language periodicals. He became famous by exposing a great number of agents provocateurs, notably Yevno Azef in 1908. Because of his own revolutionary activities and his harsh criticism of the imperial regime, including personal criticism of emperor Nicholas II, he was imprisoned several times in various European countries. In the course of his life, Burtsev fought oppressive policies from Tsarism in Imperial Russia, followed by the Bolsheviks and later Adolf Hitler's National Socialism.

Vladimir Sergeyevich Bushin was a Russian writer, essayist, literary critic, columnist and social activist. Bushin was born in Glukhovo, Bogorodsky Uyezd, Moscow Governorate, RSFSR, USSR, and was a member of the Union of Soviet Writers and Communist. He was one of the signers of the Russian nationalist pamphlet called Letter of 74 Russian Writers.

Vladimir Grigoryevich Chertkov (Russian: Влади́мир Григо́рьевич Чертко́в; also transliterated as Chertkoff, Tchertkoff, or Tschertkow was the editor of the works of Leo Tolstoy, and one of the most prominent Tolstoyans. After the revolutions of 1917, Chertkov was instrumental in creating the United Council of Religious Communities and Groups, which eventually came to administer the Russian SFSR's conscientious objection program.

Vladimir Curbet was a Moldovan choreographer. From 1957 until his death in late 2017 he was the 13th director of the Moldovan national folk dance ensemble Joc.

Vladimir Borisovich Danikhov was a Russian writer. He was best known as a writer of science fiction, and his book Lullaby was a finalist for the Russian Booker Prize. A native of Rostov Oblast, he died in Saint Petersburg in September 2018 after a prolonged battle with cancer. He was the father of two children.

Vladimir Sergeevich Dashkevich is a Russian composer, known mainly for his film music. Originally, he studied chemical technology at Moscow State University of Fine Chemical Technologies, but he later studied music under Aram Khachaturian. He achieved prominence in Russia for his music for the series of films The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, as well as numerous other films. His longtime collaboration with famous singer Elena Kamburova has resulted in a number of vocal cycles based on the lyrics by the Russian Silver Age poets, including Requiem of Anna Akhmatova.
