m'avez envoy6s, l'un concernant les avantages des vaisseaux

de 74 canons, et l'autre concernant l'6tablissement des 01Tlciers

et des lnatelots etc. dans notre marine, sont extr6mement int6res-

sans et bien congus. Ils m'ont donn6 ип plaisir infini, d'autant

plus que је les ai trouvbs parfaitement d'accord avec plusieurs

de mes idbes, dont quelques-unes vous trouverez d6jh ассот-
